Writing this one from the audience- while, I bop my head gently and observe the beautiful site. This is a site that’s more intriguing than the rainbows in the skies. This is JAZZ. This is sensational. This is beautiful. This is lovely. You can feel this. In Da House Media is currently live at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater, where – Brian Culbertson, Najee, Norman Brown, and Josh Vietti are speaking to our souls through their music. Again, this is JAZZ!”
As the crowd started to fill out the stands- and, the stage set up with microphones, drums, pianos, lights, speakers, etc. I felt an antisipation in my heart – my soul was ready to vibe … the sky was clear, everyone in the audience were dressed for the occasion; it was warm- and, imagine some smooth jazz outside – underneath the beautiful skies- while witnessing a few birds fly by….
A planned evening of jazz was the reason for attending this illustrious event. Each musician/artist were beyond talented. My God, who knew the sound of instruments (with just a few words) could be so captivating !
That saxophone and those guitars – with the mixture of those drums and pianos, must be the key to happiness- because, the entire time- my mind, my heart, my soul, my energy, my vibes; were feeling more alive than ever. “JAZZ IS LIFE”. I felt as though- I wanted to stand up and sing a song or two- and, I do not sing. But, that’s how beautiful the event was.
The entire time- I moved my body side to side, and just enjoyed the vibes that were put out into the universe through the delicate, charming, elegant, appealing jazz that filled my ears. I could have cried a tear- the music was so gorgeous.
Being able to sit amongst Jazz legends- and represent In Da House Media, all at the same time- was mind blowing.
And, let me tell you all what made the evening more remarkable. As the live jazz musicians played their instruments- I guess a heart was truly filled tonight. A man proposed to his wife during the mist of the beautiful tunes and jazz…..and to me, this made the evening seem at ease for the rest of the night. Everyone just seem as though they were in love with the moment and the memory that they were creating. “What A Time”!
After the event, I went home and played some Jazz- just to relive that evening of Jazz! Everything was phenomenal about this evening of JAZZ. I was definitely inspired to rock to some more Jazz from time to time! And, I will more than likely be attending another Jazz concert soon.
