In addition to the celebratory Jody Watley Day event at the Georgia State Capitol, she will also receive the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. This is the highest civil award that is presented by the President of the United States.
Dr. Watley was nominated for the award by Georgia representative Billy Mitchell of the 88 District and Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, Founder and President of Trinity International University of Ambassadors.
