Double Win for Sensere: “That’s God…LaLaLa” Soars to #1 on Mediabase Gospel and #2 on Billboard

For the first time in their twenty-plus-year career, the inspirational gospel group SENSERE has made history, soaring to the #1 spot on the Mediabase Gospel Chart with their feel-good gospel anthem, “THAT’S GOD…LALALA.”

The momentum doesn’t stop there—the beloved Miami-based band has also climbed to #2 on the Billboard Gospel Airplay Chart, marking their highest chart position to date on Billboard and cementing their status as one of gospel music’s most dynamic and enduring acts.

This career-defining achievement is a powerful testament to the group’s commitment to delivering uplifting, soul-stirring music that resonates with audiences around the world.

Written and produced by founding member James “Dubb” Wright and group manager Gerald Jones, the song is a vibrant and refreshing declaration of God’s presence in everyday life — from the beauty in nature to the joy in unexpected moments.

“Reaching #1 on Billboard is surreal—it’s a humbling, serene moment,” shares Wright. “To know that something birthed from pure gratitude and faith is now touching hearts all over the world… that’s God.”

Following their previous success with singles like “Win,” “L.O.V.E.,” “Got Jesus,” “Been Good” (ft. The Williams Singers), and their powerful remake of “’Tis So Sweet” (inspired by Commissioned), this latest chart-topping smash reinforces SENSERE’s standing as one of the most vital voices in contemporary gospel music.

With a sound that masterfully blends vintage soul, urban gospel, and heartfelt worship, the Miami-based ensemble continues to resonate deeply with audiences across generations.

From Billboard chart entries to ministering all over the world, SENSERE is proving why they are a cornerstone in the landscape of new gospel artists poised to capture the hearts and minds of millions.

Their highly anticipated full-length release, “THE SOUL OF FUTURE WORSHIP VOL. 2,” is slated to drop this Summer 2025.

THAT’S GOD…LALALA” is available on all major streaming platforms.
