This fall, something spectacular is coming to Tucker, Georgia — and it’s poised to change the way metro Atlanta experiences live entertainment. Introducing the Londzell Performing Arts Theatre, a 30,000-square-foot masterpiece that blends world-class performance with upscale hospitality and Southern charm.

Located at 3993 Lavista Road, this premier venue is more than just a theatre — it’s an experience crafted for comfort, culture, and connection.

Designed for the Discerning Guest

From the moment you step through the doors, Londzell makes a bold statement. Floor-level stage seating invites you into the heart of the action, while VIP pit access and private skyboxes offer an intimate yet luxurious perspective of every performance. For those who appreciate elevated ambiance, the Piano Sky Lounge is an elegant escape — complete with a private bar, plush seating, and skyline views that match the artistry on stage.

Prefer to vibe with a cocktail in hand? The upper balcony features chic high-boy tables, perfect for those who like to keep it laid-back while still catching every beat, every laugh, every note.

Your experience begins long before the curtain rises. Guests are invited to mix and mingle for up to three hours in the expansive lower-level ballroom — a stylish gathering space where signature cocktails flow and the culinary artistry of Certified Master Chef Daryl Shular takes center stage. From passed hors d’oeuvres to curated gourmet offerings, expect nothing less than an epicurean journey.

Effortless Arrival. Elevated Service.

Forget parking woes. With over 1,700 parking spaces, complimentary golf cart shuttles, and optional valet service, your night starts smooth and stress-free. Artists and performers will also enjoy first-class accommodations, including a private entrance, luxury green room, and fully-equipped dressing suites designed for pre-show serenity.

The Countdown Begins

While the official grand opening date remains under wraps, insiders say a soft opening event is slated for late October — and if you’re lucky enough to receive an invitation, you’ll be among the first to witness Tucker’s transformation into a premier destination for live arts and entertainment.

Celebrity photographer and disabled Vietnam veteran Jerome Dorn embodies the very definition of resilience. Born in Philadelphia, the fifth of seven children, Dorn stayed focused throughout his youth, eventually obtaining his degree in Criminal Justice. Dorn has worked with the Philadelphia Police Department, Department of Justice, World Wide Detective Agency, and several other high profile security groups. Throughout his successful career, Dorn wrestled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, an aftereffect of his military service. Battling the pain and debilitating effect of PTSD, Dorn found comfort behind the camera. Photography proved to be not only therapeutic, but life changing as well. Dorn picked up his first camera in 1970 while serving in Vietnam and knew instantly that behind the lens was where he belonged. His shooting style and photographs were special, generating a buzz in the industry. In 1985, he began his career in photojournalism, working in a variety of genres. Dorn’s credentials include fashion, lifestyle photography, photojournalism, and celebrity/red carpet coverage. Working with MSNBC, Jet Magazine, and major publications in Philadelphia and around the country, Dorn has had the honor of capturing the images of hundreds of notable celebrities and politicians including President Barack Obama, George Bush Jr, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Maya Angelou, Jesse Jackson, Rihanna, Snoop Dog, Will Smith, and Tyler Perry. Photography has sent Dorn around the globe, inspiring his passion for civil activism. In 1995, Dorn assembled and led a group of forty-two men to the Million Man March. Together, they spent five days walking from Philadelphia to Washington DC. In his travels, Dorn observed a common theme amongst the youth of the world. Many of the children he encountered seemed lost. Understanding that opportunities for at-risk youth are minimal, Dorn was inspired to make a difference. Established by Dorn in 2011, InDaHouseMedia was built on the idea that there is room in the house for everyone. With InDaHouseMedia, Dorn’s mission is to provide the future generation with positive direction through sports, music, and photography.
