Highlights also included attendance from Olympian DeeDee Trotter, NFL Veteran Evan Oglesby, and 2x Junior World Golf Champion Ariel Collins.
The event featured the official reveal of the Top 50 Women and Men of Influence of the Southern Crescent, honoring leaders whose work continues to shape business, government, healthcare, media, and community development throughout the region.
In a major highlight, SCWIB also unveiled its newest publication, Top Doctors of the Southern Crescent, a magazine dedicated to spotlighting outstanding physicians and healthcare leaders serving the area. The launch reflects SCWIB’s continued expansion into media platforms that elevate excellence across key industries. Shaw states, “I am excited about this media expansion and thank Dr. Amanda Phillips, MD for assisting with this meaningful project.”
Empowerment was brought to the forefront through impactful messages from distinguished speakers and a moving musical performance from LeAndrea Holliday that energized and inspired attendees.
Now in its sixth year, the Signature Chairwomen’s Luncheon remains a premier leadership and empowerment event, reinforcing SCWIB’s mission to equip, inform, and transform communities across the Southern Crescent.
