Atlanta, GA — On Saturday, Canna Body Designs presented HOLIDAZE, An Immersive Pop-Up Experience Powered by BlaqueBook ManagementGroup and Canna Body Designs Founder and Chief Creative Officer Renee M. Palmer. Hosted at The Bookstore Gallery in the heart of Atlanta’s Historic Edgewood/Old Fourth Ward, the venue provided an intimate, culturally rich setting that aligned seamlessly with the purpose and tone of the experience.

Designed as an education-first, culture-centered experience, HOLIDAZE convened a dynamic mix of medical professionals, cannabis advocates, legislators, creatives, and lifestyle leaders—creating a true who’s who at the intersection of cannabis, wellness, policy, and culture. The caliber of panelists and speakers was a standout, delivering thoughtful, informed conversations that deeply resonated with attendees.

 Renee M. Palmer, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Canna Body Designs, moderated the “The Doctor Is In” Brunch & Learn panel. This panel focused on the pillar of health  and wellness as well as providing natural supplemental information and medicinal alternatives. During the Brunch & Learn panel attendees experienced an infused culinary experience curated by Chef Mark Phillips (Owner of Southern Temptation) elevating the event’s sensory and cultural atmosphere.  

Networking ensued during the Happy “Daze” Hour. Sponsored by Zagga, A zero alcohol, Delta-8 infused brand by Goodie Mob’s own Big Gipp and attendees were offered elevated mocktails. As guests mixed and mingled some checked off their Christmas lists with the Canna Body Designs cannabis-inspired apparel and branded accessories selling out nearly all items.

At the turn of the evening attendees engaged with the Canna After Dark Roundtable. Where panelists focused on guiding intentional discussions that brought focus to the additional pillars of Socioeconomic impact ,revenue opportunities, culture and community impact. Media presence was strong throughout the day, with active coverage and real-time engagement across platforms.

Palmer, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Canna Body Designs. “With HOLIDAZE, I have created an intentional space where wellness, education, and culture can coexist without stigma. My goal is to empower people to embrace their natural lifestyle unapologetically while helping our community heal, learn, and thrive through informed, conscious engagement.”

HOLIDAZE reinforced Canna Body Designs’ position as an emerging leader in cannabis lifestyle and wellness while showcasing BlaqueBook Management Group’s ability to curate culturally relevant, high-impact experiences.

Celebrity photographer and disabled Vietnam veteran Jerome Dorn embodies the very definition of resilience. Born in Philadelphia, the fifth of seven children, Dorn stayed focused throughout his youth, eventually obtaining his degree in Criminal Justice. Dorn has worked with the Philadelphia Police Department, Department of Justice, World Wide Detective Agency, and several other high profile security groups. Throughout his successful career, Dorn wrestled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, an aftereffect of his military service. Battling the pain and debilitating effect of PTSD, Dorn found comfort behind the camera. Photography proved to be not only therapeutic, but life changing as well. Dorn picked up his first camera in 1970 while serving in Vietnam and knew instantly that behind the lens was where he belonged. His shooting style and photographs were special, generating a buzz in the industry. In 1985, he began his career in photojournalism, working in a variety of genres. Dorn’s credentials include fashion, lifestyle photography, photojournalism, and celebrity/red carpet coverage. Working with MSNBC, Jet Magazine, and major publications in Philadelphia and around the country, Dorn has had the honor of capturing the images of hundreds of notable celebrities and politicians including President Barack Obama, George Bush Jr, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Maya Angelou, Jesse Jackson, Rihanna, Snoop Dog, Will Smith, and Tyler Perry. Photography has sent Dorn around the globe, inspiring his passion for civil activism. In 1995, Dorn assembled and led a group of forty-two men to the Million Man March. Together, they spent five days walking from Philadelphia to Washington DC. In his travels, Dorn observed a common theme amongst the youth of the world. Many of the children he encountered seemed lost. Understanding that opportunities for at-risk youth are minimal, Dorn was inspired to make a difference. Established by Dorn in 2011, InDaHouseMedia was built on the idea that there is room in the house for everyone. With InDaHouseMedia, Dorn’s mission is to provide the future generation with positive direction through sports, music, and photography.
