THE ANGELO ELLERBEE STREET RENAMING CEREMONY THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH, 2024, 1 PM ET – TREACY AVENUE & MADISON AVENUE, NEWARK NJ
On Thursday, September 19th, 2024, the Honorable Newark (NJ) Councilwoman At Large Louise Rountree and the Newark City Council is honoring Double XXposure Founder/President Angelo Ellerbee with a Street Renaming Ceremony in his honor. The event is taking place in Newark, NJ, at the intersection of Treacy Avenue and Madison Avenue at 1 pm ET. Afterwards, Angelo will be meeting and greeting attendees at the Newark Public Library at 3 Washington Avenue, 3 pm ET.
We cordially invite you to join us for this special celebration. This is an excellent honor for Angelo, honoring his 55 plus years in public relations and artist development. It’s also reflective of Angelo’s commitment in giving back to his birthplace of Newark via his leadership in the community, especially mentoring young folks within the LGBTQ+ populace.
The upcoming Street Renaming Ceremony honoring Angelo is the jewel in the crown of excellent accomplishments for 2024 – which includes his Amazon best selling motivational book, “Before I Let You Go” as well as having three Grammy winning Double XXposure clients inducted into this year’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame – Kennedy Center Honoree Dionne Warwick, noted bandleader Robert Kool Bell with Kool & the Gang and the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige.
This Street Renaming honor is well deserved and it would bring great joy to Angelo to have you by his side at the event. You are also more than welcome to join Angelo afterwards at the Newark Public Library, where he’ll have copies of his new book, “Before I Let You Go”, for the public.
