Chart-topping gospel recording artist Titus Showers returns with his brand-new single, “There Is None,” available everywhere music is streamed on July 18, 2025.

Known for his dynamic voice, heartfelt lyrics, and powerful presence both on and off stage, Showers opens up about the inspiration behind the new release, his evolving career, and what keeps him centered in the spotlight.

Q: What’s the message behind your new single “There Is None”?

Titus Showers: It’s a declaration of strength and reassurance. This song is about remembering that no matter what challenges we’re going through, there’s something greater holding it all together. For me, it’s personal—it speaks to faith, resilience, and keeping perspective when life gets tough.

Q: The song features TaRanda Greene. How did that collaboration come about?

Titus Showers: TaRanda is incredible. Her voice has so much emotion, and I knew she would bring a unique richness to the track. We wanted a vocal that could soar with the message, and she delivered beautifully. It felt like a natural fit.

Q: You’ve had a #1 Billboard Gospel album and multiple Top 30 singles. What does this moment in your career feel like?

Titus Showers: It’s humbling. I’m grateful for the success, but I don’t take it for granted. Every release is a chance to grow, to reach new people, and to continue doing what I love with purpose.

Q: You’ve collaborated with a long list of notable artists. Who are some that stand out to you?

Titus Showers: I’ve been blessed to work with some of the best—Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Jonathan McReynolds, Travis Greene, Jekalyn Carr, Jermaine Dolly, and recently, Paul Porter. These artists inspire me both musically and personally. And of course, as a member of my family group, The Showers, I’ve also shared the stage with Donnie McClurkin, Tasha Page-Lockhart, and John P. Kee. Each collaboration has shaped me.

Q: Outside of music, you’re also known for mental health advocacy and entrepreneurship. Tell us about that.

Titus Showers: Mental health is something I care deeply about, especially in our communities. I use my platform to encourage people to seek help and healing. I’m also involved in several family-owned businesses—we run seven in total. It’s about legacy, leadership, and lifting others up beyond the music.

Q: What do you want listeners to walk away with after hearing “There Is None”?

Titus Showers: Hope. Confidence. A sense of peace. Whether you’re having the best day or struggling to make it through, I want this song to be a reminder that you’re not alone—and that there’s always a higher purpose at work.

Celebrity photographer and disabled Vietnam veteran Jerome Dorn embodies the very definition of resilience. Born in Philadelphia, the fifth of seven children, Dorn stayed focused throughout his youth, eventually obtaining his degree in Criminal Justice. Dorn has worked with the Philadelphia Police Department, Department of Justice, World Wide Detective Agency, and several other high profile security groups. Throughout his successful career, Dorn wrestled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, an aftereffect of his military service. Battling the pain and debilitating effect of PTSD, Dorn found comfort behind the camera. Photography proved to be not only therapeutic, but life changing as well. Dorn picked up his first camera in 1970 while serving in Vietnam and knew instantly that behind the lens was where he belonged. His shooting style and photographs were special, generating a buzz in the industry. In 1985, he began his career in photojournalism, working in a variety of genres. Dorn’s credentials include fashion, lifestyle photography, photojournalism, and celebrity/red carpet coverage. Working with MSNBC, Jet Magazine, and major publications in Philadelphia and around the country, Dorn has had the honor of capturing the images of hundreds of notable celebrities and politicians including President Barack Obama, George Bush Jr, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Maya Angelou, Jesse Jackson, Rihanna, Snoop Dog, Will Smith, and Tyler Perry. Photography has sent Dorn around the globe, inspiring his passion for civil activism. In 1995, Dorn assembled and led a group of forty-two men to the Million Man March. Together, they spent five days walking from Philadelphia to Washington DC. In his travels, Dorn observed a common theme amongst the youth of the world. Many of the children he encountered seemed lost. Understanding that opportunities for at-risk youth are minimal, Dorn was inspired to make a difference. Established by Dorn in 2011, InDaHouseMedia was built on the idea that there is room in the house for everyone. With InDaHouseMedia, Dorn’s mission is to provide the future generation with positive direction through sports, music, and photography.
