Global Greatness Takes the Stage: Seven Pianists to Inspire and Electrify at Carnegie Hall

On Sunday, November 2nd at 7:30 PMCarnegie Hall will ignite with the energy of seven of the most dynamic pianists in the world, as The Altino Brothers proudly present The 7 Pianists Concert — an unprecedented night celebrating the power of the piano, the power of music, and the power of unity.

This fast-paced, 90-minute concert will feature seven exhilarating solo performances, one from each pianist—and two explosive septet ensembles opening and closing the show, promising a sound experience that will shake the very foundations of the world’s most iconic concert hall.

The Altino Brothers—Nerva and Robenson Altino, Haitian-born classical virtuosos and beloved sons of Queens, New Yorkare bringing together five world-renowned pianists from across the globe who answered their call to perform in this extraordinary event. The concert also marks the official launch of The J&R Foundation, created in honor of the Altinos’ late parents, dedicated to inspiring and empowering young musicians through musical instruction, mentorship, and experiences.

The Altino Brothers, who first graced Carnegie Hall in 2015, return with a stellar international lineup, including:

▪ Natalie Tenenbaum (New York) – A fearless cross-genre pianist and composer whose brilliance lights up Carnegie Hall and Broadway alike. From collaborating with Jason Robert Brown to Pentatonix, Tenenbaum merges technical mastery with emotional storytelling.

▪ Joey Alexander (Indonesia) – The GRAMMY-nominated jazz prodigy whose self-taught genius and lyrical improvisation have redefined modern jazz piano.

▪ Valentina Lisitsa (Ukraine) – One of the most-watched pianists on YouTube with over 200 million views, known for her daring interpretations and worldwide classical acclaim.

▪ Jimin Park (South Korea) – A brilliant artist blending the soul of jazz and grace of classical music, celebrated for her poetic touch and genre-bending creativity.

▪ Assel Jean-Pierre Jr. (Florida) – A Haitian-Americanpianist whose performances fuse rhythmic fire with heartfelt lyricism, channeling both classical discipline and jazz soul.

▪ Nerva Altino (New York) – A classically trained powerhouse known for his global performances and signature fusion of sacred and symphonic sounds.

▪ Robenson Altino (New York) – A Juilliard-trained artist whose musical expression bridges gospel roots, classical precision, and jazz spontaneity.

Together, these seven master musicians will showcase the instrument’s limitless voice,  from the delicate to the thunderous, from the structured to the spontaneous — uniting audiences through artistry and purpose.

Proceeds from the concert will benefit The J&R Foundation, whose mission is to nurture the next generation of musical talent through access, mentorship, and education.

This one-night-only event will be a celebration of culture, community, and cause — an unforgettable experience at Carnegie Hall that embodies the harmony of diversity and the shared language of music.

Robenson Altino infuses classical discipline with gospel and jazz freedom. A Juilliard-trained powerhouse, his performances are electric, emotional, and unforgettable — whether he’s reimagining Bach or modern ballads.

Celebrity photographer and disabled Vietnam veteran Jerome Dorn embodies the very definition of resilience. Born in Philadelphia, the fifth of seven children, Dorn stayed focused throughout his youth, eventually obtaining his degree in Criminal Justice. Dorn has worked with the Philadelphia Police Department, Department of Justice, World Wide Detective Agency, and several other high profile security groups. Throughout his successful career, Dorn wrestled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, an aftereffect of his military service. Battling the pain and debilitating effect of PTSD, Dorn found comfort behind the camera. Photography proved to be not only therapeutic, but life changing as well. Dorn picked up his first camera in 1970 while serving in Vietnam and knew instantly that behind the lens was where he belonged. His shooting style and photographs were special, generating a buzz in the industry. In 1985, he began his career in photojournalism, working in a variety of genres. Dorn’s credentials include fashion, lifestyle photography, photojournalism, and celebrity/red carpet coverage. Working with MSNBC, Jet Magazine, and major publications in Philadelphia and around the country, Dorn has had the honor of capturing the images of hundreds of notable celebrities and politicians including President Barack Obama, George Bush Jr, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Maya Angelou, Jesse Jackson, Rihanna, Snoop Dog, Will Smith, and Tyler Perry. Photography has sent Dorn around the globe, inspiring his passion for civil activism. In 1995, Dorn assembled and led a group of forty-two men to the Million Man March. Together, they spent five days walking from Philadelphia to Washington DC. In his travels, Dorn observed a common theme amongst the youth of the world. Many of the children he encountered seemed lost. Understanding that opportunities for at-risk youth are minimal, Dorn was inspired to make a difference. Established by Dorn in 2011, InDaHouseMedia was built on the idea that there is room in the house for everyone.
