Taylor Ayanna Reaches No. 1 on the Global Top 100 Indie Airplay Chart, Proving She’s a Creative Force on the Rise

Some artists arrive quietly. Others make an entrance that feels inevitable, like a light meant to shine. Taylor Ayanna is one of those artists.

The 24-year-old Houston-born singer, songwriter, actress, and model is stepping into her own, carving a creative identity that blends powerful storytelling, soulful expression, and undeniable star quality.

Her debut single “Show Me,” released on August 15, marks the arrival of an artist who sings from the heart and creates from experience.

The track quickly gained traction across streaming platforms and social media, connecting with fans through its message of love, clarity, and vulnerability.

Now, the single has soared to No. 1 on the Global Top 100 Indie Airplay Chart, a remarkable milestone that signals Taylor’s emergence as one of the most exciting new voices in music.

The official “Show Me” music video, now live on YouTube @taylorayanna, merges stunning cinematography, choreography, and visual storytelling, showcasing her multidimensional artistry.

“‘Show Me’ is a song about honesty and what we all long for in love,” Taylor explains. “This video let me tell that story visually and bring the emotion of the lyrics to life.”

Taylor’s talent extends beyond her vocals. She’s a skilled songwriter, collaborating with some of the most respected names in music, including Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, Warryn Campbell, and Harold Lilly

Her lyrical ability and creative insight reflect a maturity and artistic awareness that set her apart from many of her peers.

That experience shaped her approach to music, blending the discipline of classic songwriting with the freshness of a new generation’s sound.

Before her musical debut, Taylor made waves as a rising actress.

She co-starred in the hit CW drama All American, a role that highlighted her natural presence and emotional range.

Other credits include Rock the Boat and Picture Me, demonstrating depth and versatility.

“Acting taught me how to tell a story beyond words,” she says. “When I sing, I think about the emotion of a scene, the tone, the intention. Music and acting are both ways for me to connect with people.”

Taylor also models, bringing the same grace and authenticity into the fashion world.

She says about the vision behind the ‘Show Me’ video. “I want my work to reflect confidence, elegance, and power while staying true to who I am.”

A proud graduate of Howard University’s Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts, where she trained under legendary figures including Phylicia Rashad, Taylor represents a new generation of creators who do it all and do it well.

Her ability to shift seamlessly between music, acting, and modeling makes her one of today’s most dynamic emerging talents.

What sets Taylor apart is authenticity. She’s not chasing trends. She’s building a body of work that reflects who she is, honest, elegant, and empowered.

Taylor Ayanna is writing her own story, honoring her roots while breaking new ground.

Whether performing on stage, on screen, or in the studio, she radiates the kind of artistry that can’t be taught, it’s lived.

Taylor Ayanna isn’t just a rising star; she’s a multi-faceted force of nature, poised to become your next favorite singer, actress, and storyteller.
